Macmillan Coffee Morning

People all over the UK host their own Coffee Mornings and donations on the day are made to Macmillan. You can hold yours whenever and however you like – even if you’re not in the same room as your guests.

The first ever Coffee Morning happened way back in 1990. It was a rather small affair with a simple idea: guests would gather over coffee and donate the cost of their cuppa to Macmillan in the process. It was so effective, we did it again the next year. Since then, Coffee Morning has raised over £275 million for Macmillan.

In 2019, we raised an incredible £27.5m and are aiming to top that this year.

Our Beliefs

Salvation comes only through the Lord Jesus Christ who is the only begotten son of God.
Repentance is required by God and is compulsory for the forgiveness of sins.
In the birth, death, burial, resurrection, ascension and return of Jesus Christ
In water baptism by immersion, (Act 2:38); the partaking of Holy communion and the speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Holiness is God’s standard of living for all.
That a final judgment will take place and those who rejected Jesus will be judged for their sins and cast out from the presence of God for all eternity.
