As we can see from this, to be appointed comes first, this means being separated and selected unto a certain task. Being anointed comes next which involves being equipped with the necessary tools to fulfill the mission.

to rub or apply an unguent, ointment, or oily liquid to. to smear with any liquid. to consecrate or make sacred in a ceremony that includes the token applying of oil: He anointed the new high priest. to dedicate to the service of God.

When we are in relational unity and being obedient to God and His words, we become mighty instruments in His hands, to be used as vessels of honour, to bring glory and to fulfil His will and purpose in all capacity in the earth.

We will do this through the resurrected Blood of Jesus Christ and the intervention of the Holy Spirit in our lives (AMEN).
